When you purchase the SkyPrep Online Pilot Ground School course, you receive personal, non-transferable access to the course content hosted on our platform (via Teachable). Your purchase is a one-time payment that grants you access to the course for as long as SkyPrep Aviation Academy continues to operate and the platform remains active. All course content, including videos, written materials, quizzes, and branding, is the intellectual property of SkyPrep Aviation Academy. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any content. Unauthorised use may result in immediate access termination without refund.
"Lifetime access" means you retain access to the course content for as long as SkyPrep Aviation Academy is actively operating and the platform remains live. In the unlikely event that SkyPrep ceases operations or discontinues the course, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice. We cannot guarantee perpetual access beyond the operational life of the business.

SkyPrep Aviation Academy is an educational preparation course. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, exam result, or qualification. Our content is designed to support your learning but is not a substitute for official aviation training, certified flight instruction, or regulatory guidance from your country's civil aviation authority.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyPrep Aviation Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your course.
